We were charged with developing the transformative, blended Owner eXperience Program to guide franchisees on this journey. Topics include business acumen, leadership, and technical industry training.

House cleaning services experience significant turnover, so training is a critical function for Maid Right. They needed to provide their business owners with training tools that help cleaning crews deliver the quality services clients expect, and that result in the 5-star internet reviews that generate more leads.

Insight Business Solutions
Insight's contact center needed to quickly scale to meet their B-to-B clients' needs. Since their agents are often the first person their clients' prospects speak with, stellar performance was an absolute must. We partnered with their leadership and L&D team to design a blended learning program that leveraged digital courses to quickly onboard new agents and immediately ramp up their productivity.

Whether on an emergency service call or proposing a new installation, garage door technicians must employ a combination of technical expertise and keen interpersonal skills to navigate the estimating and sales process with potential clients. A combination of 360-degree video and AI-powered virtual reality role-play enabled business owners to optimize their techs' skills for measurably-improved outcomes.
